Our mission is to brave the Wyoming winter storms and freezing temperatures, so that you don’t have to. We strive to provide steadfast and reliable service to our clients regardless of what mother nature throws at us. We also offer “old school” customer service, that quite honestly doesn’t really seem to exist much anymore. We want to meet with you in person, get to know you and shake your hand to officiate our business agreement. To The Plow Guy LLC, this act is more than just a handshake … it is a commitment to providing you the best service we are capable of. A service we intend to provide year after year.
Plowing Operations
To ensure the best service to our clients and ensure the safety of our drivers, The Plow Guy LLC plows primarily during periods of darkness when visibility is much higher for plow operators, and traffic is far less hectic. This practice ensures that we mitigate personal or property harm or damage, by reducing opportunities of calamity.
What This Means For Clients
We strive to clear all of our properties before day break. Now, depending on the weather, sometimes this isn’t always an achievable endeavor, especially during heavy snow events but it is our intention to have everyone cleared before the sun rises. During large snow events, we appreciate your patience as this turn around may require 24-48 hours.
Billing Practices
The Plow Guy LLC has transitioned to prepaid services to ensure uninterrupted service to our clients and as a sustainability tactic for The Plow Guy, especially during hectic/ busy snow seasons.
Painfully Reliable
This image is the epitome of what we mean when we say “painfully reliable”. Any of you that remember the winter of 2022/2023, you know exactly what we are talking about: one of the worst winters Star Valley has seen in thirty years. Despite the snow, the blizzards, and the breakdowns, we kept showing up, day in and day out, getting the job done no matter what it took to get there.
